Την Κυριακή 3 Ιουνίου έλαβε χώρα στο Μεταξουργείο και συγκεκριμένα στο Ludd makerspace στην οδό Τσοτυλίου 3, το πρώτο φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα με θέμα το zero waste. Για το Athens Zero Waste Ferstival πρωτεργάτες είναι το Πλαστικουργείο, το Refill Greece και το Ludd makerspace.
Κατα την διάρκεια του Φεστιβάλ έγιναν αναφορές σε θέματα όπως το περιβαλλοντικό μας αποτύπωμα, η ανακύκλωση, η επανάχρηση και η κυκλική οικονομία μέσα από τις παρουσιάσεις των οργανωτών το απόγευμα και των εργαστηρίων που προηγήθηκαν από το πρωί (ώρες 11.00 έως 23.00).
Προσωπικά με μεγάλη χαρά παρακολούθησα το εργαστήριο crochet με την Thela - http://thela.design/ - και την παρουσίαση του Francisco Vargas-Bianchi από το Πλαστικουργείο - http://plastikourgeio.com.

On Sunday, June 3, the first festival in Greece on zero waste took place in Metaxourgeio and specifically at Ludd makerspace on 3 Tsotyliou street. The Athens Zero Waste Ferstival is the Plastikourgeio, Refill Greece and Ludd makerspace.
During the Festival, references were made to issues such as our environmental footprint, recycling, re-use and cyclical economy through the organizers' presentations in the afternoon and the workshops that preceded the morning (11am to 11pm).
I personally enjoyed the crochet workshop with Thela - http://thela.design/ - and the presentation of Francisco Vargas-Bianchi from the Plastikourgeio - http://plastikourgeio.com.
